Catherine suffers from a rare disease called Dicephalia Libidiosa. Better known as Siamese Slut Syndrome. This caused her to grow a second head, who goes by Kitti (like Cat, but cuter). Kitti is way more vocal than Catherine, which means she's very open about the intensified libido that Catherine is suffering from.
There is no cure, but the disease isn't contagious or deadly. The treatment to make it less severe is satisfying their sexual urges.

Opening 1 is seeing Catherine and her new head for the first time.
